Hotel policies

  Check in

To check in guests are required to provide:

  • A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT
    (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License)
  • A VALID CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
    (Visa, Master Card, American Express*, Maestro and Solo)

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone who is unwilling or unable to provide the above items.
 
Check In / Check Out Times

Check in time - from 14.00 hrs onwards.
If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with the reception.

Check out time - before 11.00 hrs.
Late check-outs are strictly subject to Hotel availability (an additional charge will apply).
  Breakfast Morning Continental Buffet Breakfast is served from 7.30am till 9.00am. Unfortunately earlier breakfast requests cannot be accommodated.
 

Payment

We accept the following types of payment:
Cash, Travelers Cheques (only GBP pounds sterling), and all major Credit* & Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro and Solo).
*All Credit Card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge.
 

Cancellations

 Reservations must be cancelled 48hrs in advance of your arrival date before 12.00 pm.
In the event of a no show, or a cancellation with less than 48hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one nights payment will be charged.
  Smoking The Hotel is strictly Non-Smoking.
 

Pets

 Sorry, we do not allow pets.
